HY BOND In india we find very superior quality Natural Sodium base Bentonite in Kutch region In Gujarat. We care lot to make very special quality of Bentonite “HY BOND”. At the time of mining we select special Bentonite which has low impurity & good strength. HYBOND is natural sodium bentonite, We are not adding single chemical in it. We try to remove a 99% impurity in Bentonite and ready with specified size.


SPECIAL BOND SPECIAL BOND is high swelling capacity Bentonite available Lumps & Powder. We process highly for desire result in Bentonite. We do wet process for higher result, in process Bentonite takes around 300 ltr water for processing. We use high quality of Chemicals for processing. Processing takes time almost 25 to 30 days. SPECIAL BOND cover large surface area & strong bonding properties. Special Bond has excellent thermal stability with high water absorption. Special Bond has low specific burnout ratio in moulding sand due to more thermal durability than normal Bentonite. Special Bond is highly recommended in High pressure molding and deep draw casting.


UNI BOND UNIBOND is very high swelling capacity Bentonite available Lumps & Powder. We process twice for desire result in Bentonite. We do wet process for higher result, in process Bentonite takes around 300 ltr water for processing. We use high quality of Chemicals for processing. Processing takes time almost 30 to 45 days. UNIBOND has strong bonding properties. UNIBOND has excellent thermal stability with high water absorption. UNIBOND has 35+ swelling capacity which is very rare in kutch Bentonite. And also maintain 400+ MB Value and around 700 Plate water, these two factors are very important in Casting & Pelletisation.
